Challenge

Improve the online client area, in order to decrease load on helpdesk, and design the checkout process, while respecting the brand guidelines.

Achievement

Within 2 months complete user flows and interaction designs were delivered to development team.

 

User flows

To make the shopping experience clearer for the users, the checkout proposal included a step approach with as few steps as possible, while allowing for a navigation back and forth.
